Who is eligible to use Aryo Cloud?
Aryo Cloud is accessible to  dealers, monitoring stations and users.

What are the benefits of using Aryo Cloud?
Aryo Cloud offers role-specific features. Dealers can remotely diagnose and program customer alarm panel via our mobile keypad. Primary users can monitor system status, remotely arm/disarm, and manage sub-user permissions. Email and push notifications for selected events are also available. Is my monitoring station compatible with your services?
We collaborate with numerous monitoring stations in Canada and the US. If yours is not yet integrated, provide us with their details and we will initiate the integration process.

I registered for Aryo Cloud but haven't received my account credentials. What should I do?
Account activation may be pending if your monitoring station is not yet integrated with our platform. If the monitoring station is supported by Epic, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance.

How do I add a device to Aryo Cloud?
After creating an account for a customer, dealers can then add a device on the “Device Management” page of Aryo Cloud by providing the device information. Detailed instructions are available in our training videos on the Dealer Portal.

Is there a limit to the number of users who can access the same communicator?

5 users can use our app to access the system. More users can be added to each plan by the dealer.

How many partitions of an alarm panel can be monitored?

The K and KM models support up to 8 partitions for monitoring and remote control. Surf can also provide monitoring of 8 partitions and keyswitch arming of 1 partition. 

Can each partition be assigned to a separate account number for monitoring?

Yes, dealers can assign different account numbers to each partition in the “Panel Config.” tab. If partition account number locations are left empty, the main account number will be used for all partitions.

Do dealers have access to the mobile keypad?

Yes. The mobile keypad is provided for dealers for panel programming when keybus is used.

 

Where do I access the mobile keypad for remote programming?
Dealers can log into Aryo Cloud platform, go to the “Devices Management” page, select the desired device, and access remote programming from the “Mobile Keypad” tab.

Why is the Automation button not enabled for the user app?

To enable the automation feature, dealers should set the required settings (function and duration) for each PGM through the “Automation” tab available for all models, except Surf. The button on the user app will be updated after this setting is completed by the dealer (reset the app if required).

Can I customize the events being sent to the monitoring station?

Dealers can select the event types that they want to be forwarded to the monitoring station from the “CMS Forwarding” tab in their account.

How to check if the device is still functioning?

Our products send the troubles that occurred in the alarm panel, depending on the communication type, and the device to Aryo Cloud. Dealers can also enable daily reports of device troubles and disconnections.

How can I update the device location if the user relocates?

If the user relocates, the dealer can use the same communicator for the new location. To update the user’s address, dealers can make the changes in the “Device Information” section, through their account on Aryo Cloud.

Is it possible to reuse devices for different customers?
Dealers can reuse devices by unassigning the device from its current customer in Aryo Cloud. This action is irreversible and will stop device communication. This device then can be reassigned to a new user.

What languages are supported in the Aryo app?

Currently, we support English, French, and Chinese (simplified and traditional) languages. More languages will be added.

How can I find out about the subscription fee and dealer pricing for Aryo Cloud?
Monthly monitoring pricing information is available through your monitoring stations.

How many users can control and monitor the same communicator?

5 users, including the primary user, and sub-users, can use our app to access the system. More users can be added to each plan by the dealer if required.

Do Sub-users have access to all devices and partitions?

Sub-users’ access depends on the permissions given by the primary user. Primary users can manage the allowed devices, partitions, and event types for sub-users through the “Permission” tab available in each sub-user’s profile.

Do users have access to the mobile keypad?

Yes. Primary users, and sub-users (if permitted) are able to use the mobile keypad when keybus is used.

Why is the Automation button greyed out in my app?

If this feature is required for automation purposes, such as opening/closing the gate, please contact your dealer for installation and Aryo Cloud settings. 

How to cancel false alarms?

If for any reason the false alarm is triggered, users can cancel the alarm by entering their master code in the cancellation prompt message. Also, for applicable alarms, a false alarm verification message will pop up if the required settings are configured by the dealer.

 

How to manage notifications?

Primary and sub-users can manage the type of notifications and events for each device through the “Settings” page and “Notifications” tab.
