Return Merchandise Authorization Policy (RMA)

Please read the following Return Merchandise Authorization instructions and the information posted on our warranty page carefully before requesting an RMA:

All of the warranty claims must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be obtained before merchandise can be returned for any warranty replacement or repair. To request an RMA number the dealer must first contact Epic Safety’s Technical Support Center at 1-604-235-2900. Our Technical Support Center will then provide troubleshooting assistance and will issue an RMA number once the product is found to be defective. When sending the product back, the RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside packing of the returned item, otherwise it will not be processed. Please note that the RMA number expires once the warranty expires. Once Epic Safety receives the package, we will notify you when the replacement is being shipped.

The following information is required in order to complete an RMA request:

  1. Company Name/Contact Name
  2. Address
  3. Phone Number
  4. Email Address
  5. Product name and model number
  6. Date and location of purchase
  7. Serial Number and part number of the product
